Why aren't new bookings, changes to reservations, blocked/unblocked dates, or new listings showing up in Beyond Pricing?

We sync to your Booking.com every 15 minutes and to your Airbnb, VRBO, or PMS account every night at midnight and pull in information that may have changed during the day, including:

  • Blocked or unblocked dates on your Airbnb, Booking.com VRBO, or PMS calendar
  • Cancellations or changes to existing reservations
  • New listings added to your account
  • New reservations

Was a change made in the last 24 hours and you don't want to wait until then? You can simply refresh your account to see this information in Beyond Pricing before that.

How do I refresh my account?

If you'd like a change made in Airbnb, Booking.com, or VRBO to show up in Beyond Pricing immediately, simply head to your Accounts Tab and click refresh the corresponding account in your Accounts Tab like this:

I can't find my listing on my Dashboard

We automatically filter out listings that we cannot price, such as:

  • Listings in a market we do not support
  • Listings that are not currently active on Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, or your PMS

View these listings on your Beyond Pricing Dashboard by unchecking the "Hide Unavailable" button under Filters like this:

If we are not yet live where your listings are, don't worry! Simply click the "Notify me" button on your Dashboard, and we will reach out to you when we are ready to price there. We're constantly launching new markets -- and we put every market through rigorous analysis in order to maintain confidence that our pricing is accurate.

My rates aren't consistent across Beyond Pricing and my listing

Settings like Length of Stays discounts enabled on Airbnb, Booking.com or VRBO interact with Beyond Pricing rates once we sync prices. If your rates do not look consistent, the first step is to make sure these settings are turned off. Make sure guests do not book newly available dates at low rates

Please note that if you unblock dates or receive a cancellation, the newly available dates will not reflect our latest pricing until your account has been refreshed, either automatically or manually.

We understand you can't always be there to refresh your account when someone cancels or shortens a reservation, or you unblock dates on your Airbnb, VRBO, or PMS calendar.

To prevent opportunistic guests from booking at a low rate before our prices have had a chance to push into your calendar, we recommend setting an artificially high base price in Airbnb, Booking.com, or VRBO.

For example: If you have dates blocked off and then unblock them later on, there is a brief period of time where our prices will not have pushed into your account. Setting an artificially high base price will ensure guests do not make a reservation at a low rate.
