How do I read and use my Statements? How can I change the currency I'm charged in?

Viewing my Statements

If you would like to see the individual reservations that were included in a Statement Period it's easy to do so. Simply head to the Statements Tab of your account and click on the black arrow on the left hand side to expand the Statement.

Download Monthly Invoices

You can download an invoice for your records at the end of each Statement Period. Simply head to the Statements Tab of your account and click on the button that looks like a cloud with an arrow to download a PDF.

Download transactions for a specific date range

You can also download an itemized breakdown of all your reservations from the Statements Tab in your account. Simply set the Date Range and once set click the Download Transactions button to download the CSV file.Y

Currency Settings

We support a wide range of currencies. This means you can be charged and see suggested prices on your calendar in your local currency.

If you would like to change the currency you see and are charged in please email support@beyondpricing.com. Please note, we can only change any current unpaid statements and new statements.

Company name on Statement

We cannot currently edit your Statement to include your company name nor Tax ID.

End of year Statement

To Download an End of Year Statement simply set the Date Range and click the Download Transactions button to download the CSV file of that Financial Year.
