Do you manage listings on Zeevou or considering to manage your listing on this Property Management Software (PMS)? Beyond connects with Zeevou and sends rates, minimum stay requirements, and check in/check-out requirements.

## **Connecting your account**

Here’s how to get started:

*   **Step 1**: Sign up for [Beyond](https://www.beyondpricing.com/). Don’t link Airbnb or HomeAway when prompted following sign-up, instead follow Step 2.
    
*   **Step 2**: Click on this [link](https://v2.beyondpricing.com/accounts/connect/channel/zeevou_direct).
    
*   **Step 3**: You will be asked for your Zeevou Username and Password. (If you are already logged in Zeevou, you'll skip this step)
    
*   **Step 4**: Authorize access.
    
*   **Step 5**: You'll be returned to Beyond Pricing and your Integration is completed.

  Already connected directly to Airbnb, [Booking.com](http://booking.com/), or Vrbo? Disable syncing for any Beyond listings connected to those channels if Zeevou is pushing prices to them. **Customizations in Beyond**

**Adding a new listing**

  
Launching a new Zeevou listing is easy. New listings will show up automatically when we refresh the connection to your account once per day. To have a new listing in Zeevou show up quickly in Beyond, simply refresh your account in your [**Connected Accounts**](https://beyondpricing.com/dashboard/user/accounts) tab like this:

  It can take up to 24 hours for your new listing to show if you don't refresh your account in Beyond. **Pass-Through Expenses**

  
Once logged into Zeevou, on the left hand side, select the 'Pricing' tab and then within the menu options select ' Add-on Type':

From there, you will want to select 'Create Add-On Type':

Then fill out the following required fields: 

  

Important: Price Type = Percent of Total Price & Percents must be 1 as well.

Make sure to click 'Save and Close' when you are done.
