Introducing Beyond's new feature: the History tab! The History tab is a way to view activity for each listing to track what changes have been made across the platform and to see who made them. 

The History tab displays date, time, the user credentials (email address of the person who made the change), and the type of change that was made. This is a great way to keep track of the changes made in the platform to get a better sense of when an update or adjustment has been made by you or someone on your team, for your records.

## **What is the History tab?**

  
The History tab will show you what changes have been made to each listing. You can see the change to learn more about when the change was made and who made it for easy tracking:

We know it's helpful to see when a change was made and by whom, so we have included this breakdown to take the guesswork out of it! If you are: a property manager looking to audit the changes your team of owners is making, an owner wanting to answer questions about who made a change for your property manager, or a user who wants to know what changes you made at this same time last year, then this is the space for you! 

If more than one change is made for a particular setting, you can click the plus icon to expand the view to see all the changes at once:

## **What data is included?**

  
The data included for the History tab is the following: 

*   The **Date/time** the change was made 
*   The **Location**\- the general area of the platform that the change was made (for example, if a change is made to the Base Price from the listing view, then the area the change was made will say: Listing Calendar) 
*   **Setting**\- the customization that has been changed (such as Minimum Price, Time-based adjustments, Minimum stay, etc.) 
*   The **change** itself: what change was made? For example, if a Base price was changed, it will say "Set Base Price to $220"  
*   The **user** who made the update shows the email address of the user next to the change made

**Where do I find this tab?**

  
You can find this feature by clicking on your listing, then selecting the "History" section right next to the "Customize" tab:
