Based on the traditional tape chart, the Grid View in Beyond gives you a bird’s eye view of bookings, prices, and settings across your entire portfolio for the upcoming year.

And the Grid View goes beyond visibility. Here, you can bulk update Seasonal Minimum Stays, Seasonal Minimum Prices, and Price Overrides for certain dates by simply using selecting the time period for which you’d like to update settings and much more.  
  

## **How do I use the Grid view?**

  
Just like the Dashboard view, you can access the Grid by toggling between the view options in the top lefthand corner of your Dashboard. This view is called **Comfortable Grid View**:

**What can I do in Grid View?**  
  

*   Each cell will display the predicted price, Minimum Stay, and Minimum Price along with Manual Overrides and Unsellable Nights. 
*   Optimized loading performance, getting your data loaded faster!
*   A consistent experience between your Dashboard with Calendar View and Grid View, with clear icons, colors, and a legend explaining all the information that is gathered. 
*   Bulk Edit and Filter options directly in Grid View. 
*   New sorting options for % of Occupancy, % Hitting Min (Price), and % Unsellable Nights to see the full scope of your portfolio to make changes accordingly. 
*   New options to Manually Override in the sidebar for selected dates include Seasonal Minimum/Maximum Prices and Seasonal Check-in/Check-out Days (if applicable to integration). 
    
*   The ability to Select all listings by clicking the check box in the top left-hand corner next to "**Showing #/# listings**", or chose the listings you would like to edit by click the check box next to the listing name. 
    

   
**Bulk Edit** settings for a certain period by dragging to select the date range, and listings you would like to update settings with your cursor. You can also quickly set an Override by doing the same actions and clicking "Override Dates":

**Pro Beyonder Tip:** Use **[filters](https://support.beyondpricing.com/how-do-i-use-my-dashboard-filters-to-see-all-my-listings-BkiZwroBd)** and sorting to hone in on the listings for which you would like to make adjustments.

  

## **Introducing: Compact Grid View**

  
Introducing a new feature in Grid View: Compact Grid View! 

This is a high-performance, lightweight grid designed to load quickly and allow smooth scrolling across large portfolios. Best for daily monitoring and quick portfolio-wide scanning or updating manual overrides. 

You can find Compact grid view by going to "Grid View" and clicking on the icon on the far right:

Compact Gridview also offers all the benefits listed in Comfortable view, but with a more seamless load time. 

**Each cell shows:**

*   Posted price (the last price pushed to PMS/direct channel)
    
*   Final min stay (the last min stay to PMS/direct channel)
    
*   Average Daily Rates (ADR) of booked nights
    

**Please note:** Compact View shows posted prices, not _**predicted**_ prices. If Beyond's predicted price has changed since the last push, the two may differ. For accurate cross-checking, the hover shows both predicted & last pushed.
