With Beyond's **Search Powered Pricing** (included in the Pricing Pro package), your dynamic pricing will now utilize both search and occupancy data in your pricing algorithm, ensuring you’re setting the correct price to optimize your booking potential!

Search Powered Pricing uses your search data from your direct booking website to identify the specific drivers of high and low pricing based on fluctuating levels of consumer demand for different dates. Our algorithm automatically adjusts rates in real-time based on search data, so the time from a spike in search traffic to an adjustment in prices is daily.

By analyzing both longer term trends and daily search patterns, our algorithm immediately detects changes in demand. So if a new concert gets announced and people start heading to your website, our algorithm increases your price right away. Search Powered Pricing optimizes your revenue for future bookings by setting the right price based on both demand and occupancy data in your market.

## **How do I know if I can use Search Powered Pricing?**

To use Search Powered Pricing, you must be a Pricing Pro user and meet the following criteria:

*   At least 250 qualified searches on your direct booking website per month
    
*   At the moment, 80% of your listings must be in the same market

## **How Do I see Search Powered Pricing in my Dynamic Pricing Calendar?**

The increase or decrease in price will display in the calendar as “Search demand”
