## Performance Overview Stats
Use the stats to power your decisions by viewing helpful stats and data relavant to your portfolio including:
* Total Revenue: View the total earnings generated by each property.
* Adjusted Occupancy: Analyze occupancy rates adjusted for factors such as cancellations and blocked dates, with the ability to compare to market.
* Average Daily Rate (ADR): Monitor the average income earned per occupied room per day.

Reservations in Owner Insights (New)
There is now a separate tab for Reservations in each Owner Report that includes metrics from factors like Total Revenue, Billable Amount, Rental Amount, Length of stay, and number of guests (if applicable).
This means that you can see the latest on reservations for owners right in Owner Insights! You can toggle between "All Reservations" and "Total Revenue Reservations" to see which reservations contribute to the numbers you see on the report. Even better: this is also exportable! You can download a csv of both views to compare and contrast for record keeping and tracking purposes.
