**What is the Events Hub?**
The Events Hub shows every upcoming event that impacts your listings in one place. For each event you can see how much revenue you have on the books, how full your listings are, and how that compares with last year and with your neighborhood.

**Using the page**

* Filter by date, Neighborhood, category, or Recurring / One-time. Use Clear filters to reset.
* Sort any column by clicking its header.
* Click an event to see high level metrics for the Neighborhood for that event and every impacted listing. Sort that list by Revenue or Occupancy, and click See Calendar to open the Listing’s calendar.
* Missing an event, or think one is wrong? Click Flag an Event and let us know!

**How the numbers are calculated**
All figures include only your listings in the Neighborhoods the event impacts, and only the nights the event runs.

* **Rev. on books.** The total nightly rate of every booked night during the event. Only confirmed guest bookings count; owner stays are excluded. If a stay starts before or ends after the event, only the nights during the event count. This is your total booked revenue for those nights, not just the extra revenue the event added.
*   **Occupancy.** Booked nights ÷ total available listing-nights during the event. Example: 4 listings × 5 nights = 20 listing-nights. If 12 are booked, occupancy is 60%.
* **Revenue vs last year.** The % change between this year’s Rev. on books and last year’s Rev. on books for the same event, each over that year’s own event dates.
* **Occupancy vs last year.** Shown in percentage points (pp). Example: 50% last year and 60% this year is +10pp.

**FAQs**

_Why is the change vs last year so large?_
Events don’t always run the same number of days each year. For example, a festival that ran 4 nights last year and 11 nights this year will show a much bigger revenue change, because there are more nights to book. Comparing revenue per night gives a fairer picture.

_Why is there no last-year comparison?_
Any One-time events won’t have a comparison for last year. Recurring events also won’t show one if we don’t have your booking data for last year’s dates.

_Why does a listing show 0% occupancy?_
Nights blocked by owners or marked unavailable still count as available nights. A listing that’s blocked for the whole event will show 0%.

_Why do I see the same Event twice?_
Some events are set up separately for different Neighborhoods so each can have its own dates and price impact.
