Which cards you see depends on your user type and Growth/Pro status. ### **Setup Listings** Shown to all users, this card encourages you to add and fully set up more of your listings so your whole portfolio can benefit from Beyond's pricing.  ### **Revenue (Calendar Year)** Shown to all users, this card tracks your total booking revenue against your annual goal, net of Beyond's fee. ### **Portfolio Score** Shown to all users, this card displays your average Health Score across your active listings, so you can see the overall health of your portfolio at a glance. ### **Search Conversion (Pro)** Shown to [**Pro**](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/what-is-insights-pro-ryFJypnM2) users, this card displays search-to-booking conversion from your Signal direct booking site, tracked by Beacon. If you haven't installed Beacon yet, this card includes a call to action to get set up. ### **Beyond Credits** Shown to anyone with an active referral credit, this card displays your remaining credit balance before Beyond's 1% fee kicks in. ## **Recommendations and Latest Bookings** Your Homepage puts recommendations and recent activity front and center: * Actionable recommendations that you can accept or reject appear right on your Homepage * An easy "See More" link takes you to your full list of recommendations * Sharing is streamlined for listings that have multiple recommendations * Your latest bookings are shown with bolder titles and dollar amounts, and are highlighted when a booking was made for an event or at a Top ADR * A link to your full Reservations page in Insights is available from the bookings section ## **Upcoming Events and Neyoba** Your Homepage also surfaces live upcoming events data tied to local demand pacing in your market, so you can see what's driving demand near your listings. You'll also find guidance on using **[Neyoba](https://support.beyondpricing.com/meet-neyoba-your-pricing-assistant-S1HNZYVWbe)**, your in-app pricing assistant, directly from your Homepage. Neyoba can answer questions about your pricing, bookings, and portfolio performance right when you need them. ## **Frequently Asked Questions** ### **Why am I seeing a different Homepage?** Different user types have different experiences in Beyond: * New users see the onboarding experience * Users who haven't added eligible listings yet (or who skip onboarding) see a simplified view with summaries and limited Market Insights data until they connect listings and generate active booking reviews ### **Why am I seeing data from another market?** Beyond remembers the last market viewed on your account locally.
