Bulk Edit enables you to update and customize settings that you manage in bulk in your [**Beyond Dashboard**](https://beyondpricing.com/dashboard/pricing).

You can use this feature to update Base and Minimum Prices, add and remove Minimum Stays, add and remove Manual Overrides, Sync Prices, and change any Customize setting that is available to you in your listing's Customize Tab.

##
**How to use Bulk Edit to edit your listing's settings**

To start a Bulk Edit, select all of the listings or the listing you wish to edit on your Dashboard, then select "Bulk Edit" like this:

**Pro tip:** Use "copy from listing" if you would like to have your other selected listings mirror what you have set in a specific listing. More on that in the section below!

With Bulk Edit, you will be able to:

* Increase and decrease [**Base**](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/what-is-my-base-price-and-when-should-i-change-it-(video)-Hy9E8HorO), [**Minimum**](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/can-i-set-annual-and-seasonal-minimum-and-maximum-prices-BJ20LroS_), and [**Maximum prices as well as Seasonal Minimum Prices**](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/can-i-set-annual-and-seasonal-minimum-and-maximum-prices-BJ20LroS_)
*   Set **[Extra Guest Fees](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/can-i-set-extra-guest-fees-in-beyond-pricing-SyJDSjr_)**

_\*Feature availability depends on the Direct Channel, Property Management System, or Channel Manager connected to Beyond._

### **Here is how you can do that:**

1. Go to your Dashboard.
2. After selecting the listings you would like to edit, click "Bulk Edits"
3. Next, input the settings you would like to add or adjust in the Bulk Actions side panel.
4. Click "Review Changes"
5. Select "Save"

Here's an example with Annual Minimum Stay and Manual Overrides: Imagine you want to set the Annual Minimum Stay to 3 nights. In addition, you want to increase rates by 10% for the first week of November to get a few bookings in for next week, as you have none yet. The steps to achieve this are shown below:

**Pro tip:** If you’d like to remind yourself of a Bulk Edit in the future, simply snooze the confirmation email until that date!

Remember, press **save**! Once your settings have been updated, you will receive a confirmation notification in Beyond. Additionally, you and all users who can edit a listing included in the update will receive a confirmation email.

##
**Bulk Edit History and Undo**

See a record of every Bulk Edit made in-app on the Bulk History page, whether it was a manual edit or a "Copy from Listing" edit. Each entry shows the date and time, how many listings were affected, the type of edit, and who made the change.

* **Undo your most recent Bulk Edit:** Click the undo icon next to your latest entry to restore all affected listings to their pre-edit settings instantly. Undo only touches the settings that were changed in that Bulk Edit, so everything else on your listings is left exactly as it was.

* **Expandable details:** Expand any entry to view the exact settings that were changed and the full list of listings affected.

Access to Bulk History and Undo is determined by your existing listing permissions. Admins, anyone who can edit all listings, and the person who made the original Bulk Edit can view and undo entries. If you can only view (not edit) all listings, you can see the log entries but can't undo them. Entries for listings you don't have access to won't appear on your Bulk History page at all.

**Good to know:** Bulk History starts recording from **mid-June 2026** onward, so you'll see all Bulk Edits made from that point forward.

##
**Copy Settings from one Listing to Multiple other Listings (Import Details)**

Using the Bulk Edit - Copy from Listing feature, you can copy over settings from one listing to many listings in one fell swoop.

**Please note:** When using Bulk Edit, adjusting **General settings** and [**Time-Based Adjustments**](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/what-are-time-based-adjustments-and-how-should-i-use-them-HJpAUBiSO) will replace existing settings; adjusting **Seasonal settings** will add to existing settings.

Here's how to do it:

In the Dashboard view, select the listings for which you would like to adjust settings. Click "Bulk Edit".

From there, select "Copy from Listing" - pick the listing you'd like to import details from.  Scroll down to review the settings attached to the reference listing. Uncheck any settings you do not want to copy over. Click "Apply Changes":

And that's it! You will receive a confirmation email once the listings have been updated, noting the changes you have implemented.

**FAQs**

###
**How do I use Bulk Edit?**

In your Dynamic Pricing Dashboard, select the listings for which you would like to update settings using the checkboxes on the left-hand side. Click “Bulk Edit” to adjust settings in bulk.

Pro tip: You can select all listings by checking the box in the table header. Select a certain group of listings using your advanced filtering options.

### **What are Gap Fills and Flexibility Windows? Do I need to use them?**

You can read all about Gap Fills **[here](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/what-are-annualseasonal-minimum-stays-and-gap-fills-and-how-do-i-use-them-H1yyPriB_)**.

### **What happens when I use Manual Overrides to increase or decrease rates by a certain percentage?**

Using Manual Overrides locks your rates at a new price, X% above or below what Beyond predicts for that date. This means prices will no longer fluctuate due to changes in demand or according to Time Based Adjustments. When set in bulk, prices will never go below the Seasonal Minimum Price, or, if none, the Annual Minimum Price set for each listing; additionally, prices will never go above specified Maximum prices for each listing, if any exist.

### **What happens if I accidentally override my Base Prices incorrectly? Can I undo the changes?**

Good news, you can now undo your most recent Bulk Edit! Head to your Bulk History page and click the undo icon next to your latest entry to instantly restore all affected listings to their previous settings.

If you need to adjust settings from an older Bulk Edit that's no longer available to undo, you can use the table below to account for the % increase or decrease.

For example, if you accidentally increased the price for a few of your listings by 10% and you want to correct this, you will need to use the 9.09% and set the Manual override to "decrease" your prices.

Clearing some settings is possible using Bulk Edit. Click [**here**](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/what-are-annualseasonal-minimum-stays-and-gap-fills-and-how-do-i-use-them-H1yyPriB_) for more information on clearing Seasonal Minimum Stays and [**here**](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/how-do-i-manually-change-pricing-for-certain-dates-Skq08riHd) for information on removing Manual Overrides.

### **Can I undo an older Bulk Edit, not just my most recent one?**

Right now, Undo is available for your most recent Bulk Edit only. For anything older, you can still find the exact settings that were changed by expanding that entry on your Bulk History page, then adjust them manually or use the table above for Manual Override percentage changes.

### **If I decrease prices using Manual Overrides in bulk, will my price ever go below my Minimum Price for each listing?**

No. All Manual Overrides made in bulk will respect the Seasonal Minimum Price, and if none, the Annual Minimum Price. However, you can bring prices below the Minimum Price by individually overriding rates in the Dynamic Pricing Calendar.

###
**If I increase prices using Manual Overrides in bulk, will my price ever go above my Maximum Price for each listing?**

No. All Manual Overrides made in bulk will respect the Maximum Price, if any.

###
**Who can undo a Bulk Edit?**

The following users can see a Bulk Edit's log entry and undo it:

*   Admin users
* Users who can edit all listings
* Users who can view all listings (can see the log, cannot undo)
* The user who performed the Bulk Edit

All other users won't see the Bulk Edit entry and can't perform an undo. This keeps users with limited permissions from viewing or undoing Bulk Edits on listings they don't have access to.

### **Where can I view my updated settings?**

An email summary of your updates will be sent to you and all users who can edit impacted listings once your settings have been implemented. You can view new settings on each individual listing page, too. For example, a new Seasonal Minimum Stay will appear in the Customize tab, nestled with existing Seasonal Minimum Stay settings, if any.

### **I submitted my update, and I haven’t gotten a confirmation notification or confirmation email; it has been 10+ minutes. What should I do?**

If your Bulk Edit is taking longer than it should to submit (10+ minutes), we recommend canceling and starting over with those same listings. This is like turning your device off and back on! If you are still having issues, please reach out to **[support@beyondpricing.com](mailto:support@beyondpricing.com)**. Our team is always happy to help!
