A Gap Price Adjustment is a discount or an increase for one or two-night gaps between bookings. 

We have noticed that traditionally these gaps are harder to fill, so our system automatically adjusts them for you, but you can make adjustments if you wish!

**Customizing Gap Price Adjustments**

  
To alter your gap adjustments, head to your listing in the Beyond platform and navigate to the Customize Tab. There, you can determine the percentage increase or decrease and the length of the gap to which it applies. 

By default, we have increased the discount for 1 and 2-night gaps that are traditionally harder to fill, as well as added a rule for 3-night gaps to encourage more bookings for your listing(s) while keeping in mind higher demand days of the week:

You can also exclude adjustments from applying to certain days of the week by using the 'Ignore on' checkboxes and choosing the day(s):

Changes to Gap Price Adjustments can also be made in Bulk for all of your listings.

Multiple Gap Price Adjustments for the same Gap Length  
  

You can set the same gap price adjustment for the same gap length as long as they are on _different_ _days_ of the week.   
  
For example, you see here I have the same gap length rule set for Thursdays and Fridays:

### Dynamic Gap Price Adjustments 

  

Currently, we also offer **Dynamic Gap Price Adjustments**. By default, all new listings automatically have Dynamic Gap Price Adjustments enabled if the option is available for that market.  
  
Gaps of 3 nights and below will be adjusted according to market-specific booking trends. Enabling this feature ensures your gap pricing rules are continually optimized to maximize revenue. Minimum Stay rules will be honored.
