Connecting your account
This is an assisted integration. Please fill out your information using the Connect your Streamline Account Form and our Implementation Team will help you get your account all set up.
Once you have heard from our team - you may be asked to get or verify the following:
To find the token key and secret key in Streamline look under the Third Party Integrations section in the Main Menu on Streamline.
Once you click "Self-Sevice Onboarding" then you will need to click "Get Tokens for Beyond Pricing":

Final settings to verify:
- Enable Daily Pricing, Disable Weekly and Monthly Pricing

Customizations in Beyond
With Streamline you will have access to adjust Minimum and Maximum Prices, Minimum Stays and Gap Fillers, Reservation Gap Adjustments, and Time Based Adjustments directly in Beyond.

Adding a new listing
Launching a new Streamline listing is easy. New listings will show up automatically when we refresh the connection to your account once per day. To have a new listing in Streamline show up quickly in Beyond, simply refresh your account in your Connected Accounts tab like this:

Pass-Through Expenses
How are you currently paying for Beyond? Is it coming out of your commission, or are you passing it on to guests?
Pass-Through in Streamline is set up as a fee. This makes the setup and configuration of Pass-Through in Streamline very straightforward.
You can set the Pass-Through % at higher than 2% or higher to cover this.
To add a booking fee, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Taxes and Fees are located at the top of Commonly Used Functions:
To get started, click Add New Tax or Fee:
A step by step wizard will walk you through the entire set up. Pass Through will use the Fee option:
Booking Fee or Technology Fee are suggested names:
Pay out to Vendor:
The standard percentage is 1% for Streamline customers.
Set it at 2% or higher if you'd like the fee to cover cleaning fees and the 1% pricing fee charged by Beyond:
Accept the default options for this step:
Beyond collects fees for Rent+Taxes:If Beyond is pricing all units, apply to all units. If only part of the portfolio is in the program, select the applicable units:
Pass Through will not charge the owner:
Select all that apply. INET, ADM and NET should cover the respective Reservation Sources:
Pass Through will not apply to LoS (Length of Stay):
Pass Through will not apply to long term reservations:
Pass Through will not adhere to Periods Logic:
Click Submit to create the new Pass Through Fee.
Troubleshooting
Weekly & Monthly Pricing
If weekly or monthly pricing is enabled in Streamline, please disable or those policies will override Beyond's pricing for weekly and monthly bookings. You can do this on the unit level in the House Details tab on the right-hand side under Short Term Rental Settings.
Here's how to action disabling the Weekly and Monthly Pricing:
Yielding only works for daily pricing. If you have weekly and monthly selected, it will disable the yielding and populate in your set pricing at the unit level. You will need to turn off weekly and monthly pricing.
