# SECRA and Beyond

Do you manage listings on SECRA or considering to manage your listing on this Property Management Software (PMS)? Beyond connects with SECRA and sends rates, minimum stay requirements, extra guest fees, and check in/check-out requirements.

**Connecting your account**  
  

Here’s how to get started:

1\. To connect a SECRA account, you will need your landlord number, as well as AuthCode. You can find both of these by logging into your SECRA account and looking under the "Channelmanagement" section. Make sure that you are pulling them specifically for the BeyondPricing integration.

2\. Log into Beyond and click on the "Link Another Account" button. Click on the SECRA logo then enter your Landlord No. and Authcode. Click “Link Account”.

After entering your credentials, Beyond will import your listings.

  Already connected directly to Airbnb, [Booking.com](http://booking.com/), or Vrbo? Disable syncing for any Beyond listings connected to those channels if SECRA is pushing prices to them. **Adding a new listing**

  
Launching a new SECRA listing is easy. New listings will show up automatically when we refresh the connection to your account once per day. To have a new listing in SECRA show up quickly in Beyond, simply refresh your account in your [**Connected Accounts**](https://beyondpricing.com/dashboard/user/accounts) tab like this:

  It can take up to 24 hours for your new listing to show if you don't refresh your account in Beyond.
