Do you manage listings in Octorate or are you considering managing your listing on this Property Management Software (PMS)? Beyond connects with Octorate to send rates as well as minimum stay requirements.

**Connecting your account**

  
Connecting your Octorate account is easy. Here’s how to get started:  
  
1\. You will first need to log into your Beyond dashboard.  
  
2\. Click on the 'Link your account' button and click the Octorate button. Alternatively, you can click on [**this link**](https://v2.beyondpricing.com/dashboard/connect/channel/octorate).

3\. You'll be redirected to the OAuth login page.

4\. Enter your Octorate log-in credentials, then click 'Login now'.  
  
5\. Once logged in, if prompted, confirm any authorization request. You'll then be redirected to Beyond, and your account will begin syncing!

## **Customizations in Beyond**

  
With Octorate, you will have access to adjust [**Minimum and Maximum Prices**](https://support.beyondpricing.com/can-i-set-annual-and-seasonal-minimum-and-maximum-prices-BJ20LroS_), **[Minimum Stays](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/what-are-annualseasonal-minimum-stays-and-gap-fills-and-how-do-i-use-them-H1yyPriB_)**, **[Reservation Gap Adjustments](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/what-is-a-reservation-gap-discount-and-how-should-i-use-it-ryNyPHjr_)**, and [**Time Based Adjustments**](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/what-are-last-minute-discounts-and-how-should-i-use-them-HJpAUBiSO) directly in Beyond.

## **Adding a new listing**

  
New listings and other changes made in Octorate will show up automatically when we refresh your account once per day. To have a new listing or any other changes in Octorate show up quickly, simply click 'Manage accounts' in the left sidebar and refresh your account in your [**Accounts Tab**](https://beyondpricing.com/dashboard/user/accounts) like this:

  It can take up to 24 hours for your new listing to show if you don't refresh your account in Beyond. **Installing Beacon**

  
Log in to Octorate and go [**here**](https://admin.octorate.com/octobook/user/ota/list.xhtml). 

Click edit:

In the "Style and Graphic" section on the right, scroll down to the box that says "_If you have a webmaster you can customize the OTA inserting your JavaScript here":_

Paste the following code into that box:
