Do you manage listings on Lodgify or considering to manage your listing on this Property Management Software (PMS)? Beyond connects with Lodgify and sends rates as well as minimum stay requirements.

**Connecting your account**

  
To connect your Lodgify account with Beyond you will need to generate an API Key on the Lodgify platform and copy it to Beyond.

After logging into your Lodgify account, To find your API Key you need to navigate to [**this page**](https://app.lodgify.com/#/reservation/settings/publicApiToken). You need to be logged in for the link to work.  
 

Alternatively, you can:

1.  Go to settings (Dropdown top left)
2.  Click on Public API (5th element in general settings in the left sidebar
3.  Copy the API Key you found there

Another IMPORTANT setting you need to adjust in Lodgify is the activation of external rates. This will enable us to push our prices to Lodgify.

  
You need to navigate to the [**external rates tab**](https://app.lodgify.com/#/reservation/settings/externalRates) and flip the switch for each listing you want to price on Beyond.

4\.  Click external rates  
5\.  Flip the switch to light blue to activate external pricing.

Please note that we will only be able to price Listings that have been assigned to a website (Make sure they appear here and are assigned to a website, you can do so [**here**](https://app.lodgify.com/#/properties)).

In Beyond, on the link account page for Lodgify you will see the field “API Key”.  Paste the API Key you copied in the first step into this field and then click “Link Account”.

After entering your credentials, Beyond will import your listings. For example:

The last step is enable price posting on Beyond:

  Please note that you will need to manage their Minimum Stay settings through Beyond

**Adding a new listing**

  
New listings and other changes made in Lodgify will show up automatically when we refresh your account once per day. To have a new listing or any other changes in Lodgify show up quickly, simply refresh your account in your [**Connected Accounts**](https://beyondpricing.com/dashboard/user/accounts) tab like this:

  It can take up to 24 hours for your new listing to show if you don't refresh your account in Beyond. **Pass-Through Expenses**

  
How are you currently paying for Beyond? Is it coming out of your commission, or are you passing it on to guests? Lodgify supports additional fees applied to the rental rate. This makes the setup and configuration of Pass-Through in Lodgify very straightforward. To add an additional fee, follow the steps below:  
  

1.  Sign in to your Lodgify account.
2.  Navigate to Settings.
3.  Then select "Fees"
4.  Click on "Create Fee".

1.  Select rentals participating in Beyond program.
2.  Under Fee Type, select "Misc Charges".
3.  Select whether you would like the cost to be a Flat fee or Percentage.
4.  Input the charge amount or percentage.
5.  Click "Save"

## **Installing Beacon**

Login via [**app.lodgify.com**](http://app.lodgify.com). **Note**: No website settings on [**pm.lodgify.com**](http://pm.lodgify.com)

  

Click the top left menu icon and click “website builder”

Paste the script below into both of

*   Footer - custom javascript
    
*   Booking engine confirmation page - javascript injection

Scroll down and click "Save". Then click "Publish website" on the top right of the page to publish changes.

  

## **Troubleshooting**

### **External Rates Turned Off**

*   Property not properly setup. Check if external rates is turned on on Lodgify.

This appears when Beyond does not have price posting permissions for your Lodgify account.

1.  In your Lodgify account, enable external rates to be pushed to your Lodgify account, under "External Rates".

2.  Afterwards, please let us know at [**support@beyondpricing.com**](mailto:support@beyondpricing.com).
    
    We will then be able to manually validate the listing from our end.  
      
    
3.  Once your listing has been validated, it will populate in your Beyond Dashboard and you will be able to activate it for price posting.
    

  

### **Rates Not Defined**

*   Does not have any existing rates. Check that rates and/or min price are defined.

  
Please refer to the steps below:

1.  In your Lodgify account, temporarily disable the toggle "external rates" for the specific Lodgify rental within Rental Settings.  
      
    
2.  Enter the rates page of the rental, enter a price, and save prices again.  
      
    
3.  Enable again the toggle "external rates".  
      
    
4.  Let Beyond know that this was done in Lodgify at [**support@beyondpricing.com**](mailto:support@beyondpricing.com).   
    We will then be able to investigate and let you know the next steps needed.  
      
    
5.  Once your listing has been validated, it will populate in your Beyond Dashboard and you will be able to activate it for price posting.
