LiveRez is an assisted integration, so please fill out our demo request here and our team will get in touch to get you connected.
Once you have heard from our team you can follow the steps below:
Please create a user for Beyond so that we can access your account. Please use the following details:
- Employee's Full Name: Beyond Pricing
- Username: beyondpricing
- Email: integrations@beyondpricing.com
- Set the "Individual Access Types" to Office Manager
- Set the user to "Active"
Here is an example of what setup looks like:
Please send us the username, email, password, and Security ID (don’t forget the Security ID!)
Once we have that, we’ll log in to make sure we have all of the access we need and then we’ll connect it to your Beyond account so you can preview everything before syncing.

Customizations in Beyond
With LiveRez you will have access to adjust Minimum and Maximum Prices, Minimum Stays and Gap Fillers, Reservation Gap Adjustments, Changeover Days, and Time Based Adjustments directly in Beyond.

Adding a new listing
New listings and other changes made in LiveRez will show up automatically when we refresh your account once per day. To have a new listing or any other changes in LiveRez show up quickly, simply refresh your account in your Connected Accounts tab like this:
Pass-Through Expenses
How are you currently paying for Beyond? Is it coming out of your commission, or are you passing it on to guests? LiveRez supports one Fee that applies a Percentage of the Rental Rate to all reservations at once. This makes the setup and configuration of Pass-Through in LiveRez very straightforward. The setup for this fee can be found in the Reservation Menu > Options:
If there is an existing Fee that is utilizing this Percentage, adjust it to include the Beyond Pricing LiveRez Pass-Through of .8%. Percents need to be in decimals only (.8% = .008).
If there is no existing Fee to modify, we will need to determine the % to apply and the naming convention of the new Fee: "Booking Fee" or "Technology Fee" are recommended.
- Type: Fee included in Rate
- Include On: Default should be Admin and Web Reservations
- Rate Type: Percentage of the Rental Rate
- Fee Include in Rate %
- Apply once to each reservation

Troubleshooting
Pricing on my website doesn't match with Beyond
This may be due to the fact that stays are quoting using the Maximum Rate instead of the Average Rate when a quote is generated for multiple days.
If Maximum is used, the quote will multiply the highest value for a night by the number of nights.
For Example: A guest is trying to get a quote for 3 nights where prices are $100, $500, $200. Then the quote will be $500*3 = $1500 and not $100 + $500 + $200 = $800.
Head to the “Pricing Options” submenu:
Update the following setting to pick "Use Average Price of Two or More Rates":
Changeover Days
Liverez supports only one type of changeover day (type = day of week) that is NOT 'any'. If you wish to set something different, please email support@beyondpricing.com and we can help!
This scenario will NOT work:
- Annual set to "any" -- Seasonal 1 = Sat / Sat and Seasonal 2 = Tues/Tues
