# Icnea and Beyond

Do you manage listings on Icnea or considering to manage your listing on this Property Management Software (PMS)? Beyond connects with Icnea and sends rates as well as minimum stay requirements.

**Connecting your account**
To connect your Icnea account with Beyond you will need to get your Property Manager ID in Icnea first.
When you log into your Icnea account, you can find this in the top right corner. This is usually a 4 number ID:

Once you have found your user ID, you still need to do one more IMPORTANT thing in the Icnea interface. You need to add the Beyond connection and then add the listings you want to price dynamically in Beyond.
To do this:
1. Go to the Management tab (top left)
2. Go to Connections (Left sidebar, 3rd item in Properties)
3. Add Connection
4. Find BeyondPricing in the Dynamic pricing & Revenue management type
5. Click add accommodation to select the listings you want to add to this connection.

In Beyond, on the link account page for Icnea you will see the field “Property Manager ID of your Icnea account”. Paste the ID you found in the first step into this field and then click “Update Account”.
After entering your credentials, Beyond will import your listings. For example:
Once we have imported your listings, review you settings and enable price posting for your listings.

## **Customizations on Beyond**

## **Adding a new listing**
New listings and other changes made in Icnea will show up automatically when we refresh your account once per day. To have a new listing or any other changes in Icnea show up quickly, simply refresh your account in your [**Connected Accounts**](https://beyondpricing.com/dashboard/user/accounts) tab like this:
It can take up to 24 hours for your new listing to show if you don't refresh your account in Beyond. ## **Pass-Through expenses**
How you are currently paying for Beyond? Is it coming out of your commission, or are you passing it on to guests? Icnea supports additional fees applied to the rental rate. This makes the setup and configuration of Pass-Through in Icnea very straightforward. To add an additional fee, please follow the steps below:
* Go to the Management section > select Price Adjustment on the left-sidebar.
* Select the properties/groups you want to apply these fees to.
* Inform the dates range you would like to apply these fees on the 'Period' field of the 'Variation' section.
* Set the Booking Fee % to 1%.
* Press Change.
Accept and that's it! This will automatically add 1% on top of the prices that we have posted.

## **Installing Beacon**
Installing Beacon on your website is easy, simply send an email to [**web@icnea.net**](mailto:web@icnea.net) and let them know you'd like to have Beacon installed on your website and they can do it for you.
The script needed for installation can be found on the Beacon Installation section in Beyond as shown in the example below. You can copy the script to your clipboard and share with Icnea for installation.
