##
**Number of Reservations by Booking Date**

Check the number of reservations you have received in the last weeks and compare it to the number of reservations received in the same period Last Year. To do this, simply head to the ‘By Booking Date’ tab in Insights and navigate to the ‘Number of Reservations By Booking Date’ chart. Go to the top-right-hand corner of the Insights graphs and, scroll down to ‘Weekly starting on’ then select the day you would like to start to check the number of reservations received weekly.

This information will give you a good notion of how your listing is pacing when compared to last year, which could be a good indicator to check if you are underperforming or outperforming last year.

##
**How to use Insights Charts & Lens View**

With Lens View, you can draw on the Total Revenue and RevPAN (Revenue Per Available Night) charts in your Insights Tab to pull up listing level analysis for a certain timeframe.

The RevPAN chart shows portfolio-wide RevPAN. The Lens view allows you to zoom in on RevPAN and related stats on the listing level. Simply toggle to lens view in the graph and choose the date range you would like to preview. Lens view will then display RevPAN, ADR, and Paid Occupancy (Available Nights) for each listing, pacing, and performance year over year over the specified date range. Here’s how you can do it:

For example, if an account is pacing behind for a certain time period you could easily surface listings that are underperforming, understand why, and click through to the listing page to change pricing (Base Price, Manual Overrides, Time Based Adjustments, etc).

### **Here are some tips**

* The selected timeframe notes the primary information (raw numbers):

    * **Next 3 months; Next 12 months**: Primary information is based on future reservations and is compared to the previous year's information.

    * ****Year to date****: Primary information is based on reservations garnered year to date and is compared to previous years. Pacing information is not relevant in this case (it is the same as comparing to the previous year).

    * **Calendar year**: Primary information is based on reservations garnered in a calendar year and is compared to previous years.

* If you'd like to select a precise date range to analyze, we recommend using the "Daily" view

* Sort by any metric by scrolling sideways while in Lens view to see the information
