**Reading your Dynamic Pricing Calendar**
Your Dynamic Pricing Calendar helps you visualize your listing's upcoming nightly rates and bookings and gives insight into why we are setting your nightly rates at these prices. Here's a video that shows you how to read Beyond's Dynamic Pricing Calendar:

Reservation Comparison
The Beyond Calendar will now show a comparison booking from the same time last year when hovering over dates in the Calendar:
For unbooked dates, you will see the predictive pricing from last year. This will be helpful to compare your listing's booking pacing, revenue, and lead time so that you can continue to make informed decisions that work best for you and your market!
Additionally, Beyond has introduced new data to make this feature that much more beneficial including:
* DoW (Day of the Week) of Check-in and Check out days
* Minimum Stay type
* Booking Lead time
* Reservation length

### Total Revenue for Booked and Available Nights
We now show the Total Revenue for not only booked and predicted nights, but for Available nights as well when you click and drag to select dates on your Calendar! This offers additional context that is valuable to understand your portfolio performance and help you make adjustments accordingly for your listing(s).

### Minimum Stay Type
What does Minimum stay "type" mean? We have a number of different options that you can use for Minimum stays in Beyond. Now on your calendar, you will be able to see the minimum stay type that is applying to the calendar dates. For example, here you can see the _Annual Minimum Stay_ is being applied for these calendar dates:
Whereas the _Annual Minimum Stay by day of the week_ is being applied for these calendar dates:

Sidebar Actions
If you select one or more dates on the Calendar, it will open the right sidebar which totals up important data about the dates and allows you to use a "date picker" to change your date selection. This also includes day-of-week selectors to narrow down your selection:
The sidebar totals up booked and available revenue and ADRs (Average Daily Rates) to show the underlying predicted prices for the date range with and without any applied overrides. The predicted price calculation includes both booked and available predicted prices to help you make changes to your account with knowledge and ease!
The Beyond Calendar sidebar also allows you to update Manual Overrides, Seasonal Minimum Stays, Seasonal Minimum Price, Seasonal Maximum Price, and Checkin/out days (if available in integration). You can also set Seasonal Min/Max prices as a percentage (%) of the Annual Min/Max Price.
## **Visualize demand trends and bookings**
The Beyond Calendar shows dates of high or low demand, successful bookings, and blocked dates. We have a new legend that breaks down all of our icons and colors directly in your Dashboard! To see the legend, click into one of your listings and click the button marked "Calendar legend" to expand the legend key:
* **Light green:** Successful bookings
* **Lighter blues:** Lower prices, or times of lower demand
* **Darker blues:** Higher prices, or times of higher demand
* **Light Orange:** Decreased Price Manual overrides
* **Dark Orange:** Increased Price Manual overrides
* **Red:** Unbookable/Unsellable nights
* **Grey with a single slash:** Blocked Nights
* **Grey with stripes:** Owner stays
* **Moon ☾ Icon:** Nightly Minimum Stay
* **Star ★ Icon:** Event
* **Lock 🔒 Icon:** Static override
* **Bar graph 📊 Icon:** Dynamic override
* **Calendar 🗒 icon:** Prior year reservation
* **At Min:** Hitting your Minimum Price
* **At Max:** Hitting your Maximum Price

**Gain visibility into prices we predict**
Hover over a date to see the factors like Seasonality, Day of the Week, Availability Yielding, and Events that drive a nightly price, or elements of a reservation, like a reference number.
> For example, let's take a look at our listing in San Francisco. We know the Fourth of July is an event that drives prices up in the area. Let's hover over the date to see how much the event is increasing our rates:

## **Do I block off dates in my Beyond Calendar?**
No, you do not block dates in your Beyond Calendar. You block days in your OTA (Online Travel Agency such as: Booking.com, Vrbo, and Airbnb) or PMS (Property Management System) directly.
Blocked dates will show up on your calendar in grey. You'll still be able to view our predicted prices for blocked dates.
Note that changes to blocked or unblocked dates will show up in Beyond once your account is refreshed, either automatically during our daily sync or manually. ## **Why are dates showing as unbookable?**
If dates are shown in red, it means they are unbookable/unsellable due to your Annual or Seasonal Minimum Stay settings or where your Changeover day restrictions are making nights unsellable. This helps visualize whether a minimum stay may be blocking potential bookings.
If you are trying to maximize occupancy and allow these dates to become bookable, you can reduce or remove your Minimum Stay settings in your Customize tab:

**Why does my Beyond Calendar show different information than my Airbnb or Vrbo calendar?**
If there is a difference in price quotes between your Beyond Calendar and your Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, or PMS calendar, check the following:

## **Pricing more than a year out**
By default, your Dynamic Pricing Calendar is priced for up to 365 days. However, we are aware it is common in some markets, such as markets in Hawaii and Orlando, that have long booking lead times and pricing for more than 365 days can be advantageous.
If you are trying to maximize occupancy and avoid the risk of getting lower than expected for bookings further into the future, you can request to open your calendars.
