Then you likely see the listings as separate on your Dashboard. This is because the listings are connected on different OTAs (Online Travel Agencies). When we import the listings into Beyond, we replicate what you see in your connected accounts, allowing you to identify which listing is from which OTA. If you have a similar pricing plan, minimum stay setup, or other customizations for your listing, regardless of what platform it is on, then with merged listings, you can make your updates just once, in one place!  ## **How do I merge/unmerge my listings?** To merge listings, go to your Account profile icon in the top right-hand corner and click "Settings": ![](https://cdn.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/603e4c1ab69d9cd3c0b6f415/144b89f8e2a6493a46e1ecbf2c48572d.png) Click on "**Listings**" and you will see 2 sections: '_Merge Suggestions'_ and '_All Listings':_ ![](https://cdn.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/603e4c1ab69d9cd3c0b6f415/1f77d692bae6430731a6c81850298eeb.png) When you go to "All Listings," select the listings that you would like to merge, then click "Merge Listings" and "Confirm". To merge the listings, simply select "Smart Merge" and "Confirm," and you are all set!  ## ## **Channel Markups** We know that each direct channel has different fee structures, which likely means there will be different markups that you use for each OTA to get the best price for each listing. For example, if the price per night is $100, let's say you set up a 10% markup in Vrbo and a 12% markup in Booking.com, with no markup in Airbnb, then we will push $100 to Airbnb, $110 to Vrbo, and $112 to Booking.com.  To set a markup, go to your Account profile icon in the top right corner and click "Accounts": ## ![](https://cdn.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/603e4c1ab69d9cd3c0b6f415/ce4f66c9cbd981fd7d6a91715e138a31.png) ## ## ## ## **FAQs** **_Can I only merge 2 listings? What if I have a listing on Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com?_**  As long as they are on different OTAs (Online Travel Agencies/direct channels), you can merge all 3 together!  **_Can I merge a listing from the same direct channel to another listing, so, for example, an Airbnb listing with another Airbnb listing?_** No, the listings must be on different channels; we don't support the same OTA listing merging at this time.  **_When listings are merged, can I update my Base Price or Minimum Price in just one place instead of two or three?_**  That's right; with merged listings, you can now streamline your customization settings by updating them just once to be pushed out to all of your merged listings. For example, if you have an Airbnb and Vrbo listing merged, and you want your Base Price to be $200, you can set it once after you have merged your listings, and it will apply to both Airbnb and Vrbo.  **_I merged my listings, but I'm not seeing my Revenue Goals anymore. Where did it go?_** Revenue Goals are still there! Please note that after you merge your listings, there may be a small delay in updating all of your information. Give it some time to reflect after you have merged your listings.  **_When I merge my listings, does that mean Beyond manages availability now?_**  No, Beyond does not manage your availability for your listings. You will make any changes to availability directly in your managed account(s); whether the listings are merged or not, we do not manage availability.
