All pricing, including Manual Overrides, should be done in Beyond's Dynamic Pricing Tool. The Dynamic Pricing Calendar gives you complete control to Manually Override prices (and clear Manual Overrides) when necessary. Manual Overrides are available to everyone using Beyond.

**What are Manual Overrides?**
Beyond offers two different types of Manual Overrides, Static and Dynamic Manual Overrides.
Dynamic Manual Overrides are overrides on pricing that fluctuate dynamically based on demand from factors such as Seasonality, Local Events, Day of Week, etc. Parameters for increases and decreases by percentage can be set to provide more control over your pricing override fluctuation. Unlike Static Manual Overrides, Dynamic Manual Overrides will never go above your Maximum Price or go below your Minimum Price set for your listing(s).
Dynamic Manual Overrides can be set easily from your Calendar, Grid View, or in Bulk Edit.
To set your Dynamic Manual Overrides in the Calendar, simply click and drag on the dates you would like to apply the overrides to and click on Maintain Dynamic Fluctuations, then set the percentage you would like to increase or decrease prices by:
Dynamic Manual Overrides are the default option when using Manual Overrides. You will see the vertical lines in the corner of the date in the Calendar, that signifies that you set a Dynamic Manual Override.
Dynamic Manual Overrides will never go below your Minimum Price set in Beyond
Do you want a specific price for your listing for a specific period of time? If so, you can use a Static Manual Override. Simply click and drag over your Calendar to enter a new rate for certain dates. Alternatively, you can increase or decrease your price by a percentage.
You can tell if you're using a Static Manual Override because the rate as a lock on it in the top right corner. The rate will not change unless you clear or adjust the Manual Override.
Static Manual Overrides that are set in the Calendar are the only way to override rates below your Minimum Price in Beyond.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to customize your price:
1. Click and drag over the days you want to change pricing.
2. Enter your desired price into the pop-up on the right side of the screen. You can also use the increase or decrease percentage options to adjust the price.
3. Once you've set your price click the 'Save changes' button.
4. The day(s) will now appear in orange and your indicated price will show up on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, or your PMS shortly.

**Setting or Clearing Manual Overrides in Bulk**
You can do this in Bulk Edit by selecting the listings you wish to apply Manual Overrides to and selecting the days of the week to apply these changes and applying them in Bulk.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to set or clear Manual Overrides using Bulk Edit.
1. Open your Dynamic Pricing Dashboard and select the listings you'd like to edit, push Bulk Edit.
2. In the side panel, select Manual Overrides, and then +Add Button
3. Choose if you'd like to increase prices by a percent, decrease prices by a percent, set prices to a specific price, or clear Overrides.
4. Input what you'd like to increase/decrease the price by, or set the prices to.
5. Decide if you want to choose a Static or Locked Override or a Dynamic Manual Override.
6. Choose which days of the week you'd like to apply the Manual Overrides to.
7. Push Review Changes.

**How to Clear Manual Overrides?****
1. Select and drag over the dates of the manual override you want to cancel.
2. In the pop-up at the right of the screen click on the 'Clear Manual Overrides' button.
3. The prices will now again automatically update every day based on the latest supply and demand fluctuations.
