[**Insights**](https://app.beyondpricing.com/dashboard/insights) provides market data for your listings that can be useful in managing your portfolio as a whole. With this tool, you have the ability to compare your Revenue, Occupancy, and ADRs within your market to identify areas of improvement.

One of the top highlights of analyzing Insights for your portfolio is the ability to compare your performance to your market.

By selecting **"Selected Markets"** as your comparison group, you can compare ADR, Paid occupancy, % cancellations by stay date, % cancellations by booked date, and Total revenue per listing to that of the markets that you had selected on the filter.

"Selected Markets" refers to the markets that are currently selected in your overall filters. If you have listings in several markets and would only like to analyze one market, first select that filter using the top-level filters.

We only show comparisons for qualified markets, meaning we have enough data to display an accurate picture of the market.

### **Introducing: Data Source Toggle for Market Comparisons**

When you apply "Compare to Selected Markets" on the Insights Dashboard, charts now include a toggle so you can choose which data to compare against: **Partner data** or **Scraped data (OTA data).**

This means you can benchmark against the overall market, not just Beyond's own data, and you can still compare to a market even when that market's data is thin.

### **How the toggle behaves**

* If both Partner and Scraped data are available for a market, you can switch between them freely.
* If there isn't enough data for one option, only the other will display, and the toggle won't be available. For example, in sparser markets, you'll see scraped data only, instead of losing the comparison altogether.
* Scraped data is only available for This Year and the next 12 Months. When comparing scraped data, the only comparison shown is year-over-year, for example, "2026" vs "Same time in 2026" in Partner data.

If there isn't enough data in either source, you'll continue to see the existing alert that comparison data is unavailable.
