When you add a new listing to Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and/or PMS, we recommend refreshing the corresponding account in your [**Accounts Tab**](https://beyondpricing.com/dashboard/user/accounts). You can follow the progress of the refresh with the loading bar at the top of the screen: ![](https://cdn.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/603e4c1ab69d9cd3c0b6f415/4f8470899f0b01bfa5a00973c4881ee7.gif) ## **Search for the listing in your Dashboard** Check to see if the listing is appearing in your Dashboard, either by scrolling through (if you don't have a lot of listings) or using the search box. ![](https://cdn.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/603e4c1ab69d9cd3c0b6f415/87731f0112b7f6a91f3e9a3940b0cf0b.gif) ### **Listing not appearing in your Dashboard?** * Is it live on Airbnb, Booking.com, and/or Vrbo or active/listed in your PMS? * Is it in a market we support? You can easily check if it is not showing on your Dashboard due to one of the above reasons by using your Filters. Simply uncheck "Hide Unavailable". ![](https://cdn.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/603e4c1ab69d9cd3c0b6f415/2807616fe4c4bf316cd713e81eb1bec5.gif) If the answer to the above questions is yes and you still can't see your listing in your Dashboard after unchecking the "Hide Unavailable" box, please reach out to us at [**support@beyondpricing.com**](mailto:support@beyondpricing.com). ## **New Listing Setup Guide** We have updated the process for launching a new listing to make it even easier! Your listing will say "Setup", and you will follow the steps from there.  You will be guided through all of the steps to make sure your listing is set up for success. You can import details from a reference listing or input new values. From here, you can uncheck the settings you do not want to copy over, and adjust your Base Price, Minimum Price, and Minimum Stays as needed. Click Save, and you are all set! Please note that you can save changes without enabling pricing syncing. If you want to start pushing pricing immediately, don't forget to switch on the "Price Syncing" toggle. ## **Adjust settings in the Customize Tab for the listing** If you have your Vrbo or Booking.com account connected directly to Beyond and have Minimum Stay requirements, you will need to set these up in the Customize Tab. If you have your Airbnb account connected directly to Beyond, you have the choice to manage your Minimum Stay requirements in Beyond on the Customize Tab or directly on Airbnb. If you are connected to Beyond through your PMS, you may have additional options available to you in the Customization Tab. Since you are adding a listing to your portfolio, we can assume you are already a Beyond expert. Just in case, here are a few tips to get you started. * Not sure where to set your Base Price? Set it similar to a comparable listing in your inventory to start, and then make adjustments from there. * The Minimum Price is the lowest price you are willing to take for this listing for one night.
