Hospitable and Beyond

Do you manage listings on Hospitable or considering managing your listing on this Property Management Software (PMS)? Beyond connects with Hospitable and sends rates, along with minimum stay requirements.

Connecting your account

Before connecting your Hospitable account with Beyond, it is very important that you complete these things on Hospitable.com:

  • Disable Smart Pricing on Airbnb
  • Merge your listings together on Hospitable.com. Click here to learn how to merge your listings.
  • Set your markup rates on Hospitable.com

Here's how to get started:

  • Log into Beyond
  • Click here: Connect Hospitable Account
  • Select Link Account
  • You will be re-directed to your Hospitable login 
  • Select "Authorize Beyond Pricing' for Beyond to access your Hospitable Account
  • You're all Set!


Customizations in Beyond


With Hospitable, you will have access to adjust Minimum and Maximum Prices, Time Based Adjustments, Reservation Gap Adjustments, Minimum Stays and Gap Fillers directly in Beyond.

Adding a new listing


Launching a new Hospitable listing is easy. If you have a direct channel (Vrbo, Booking.com, Airbnb) connected within Hospitable, the listing will appear within that direct channel and then be pulled into your Beyond Dashboard. To have a new listing in Hospitable show up quickly in Beyond, simply refresh your account in your Connected Accounts tab like this:




  It can take up to 24 hours for your new listing to show if you don't refresh your account in Beyond. Click here to learn more about when we refresh your account and why.


Troubleshooting


Beyond is not pushing rates to my Hospitable listing 

If you are running into an issue with posting prices in your Beyond account when your Hospitable account is connected, please be sure that you have rates in Hospitable for the next 365 days as that is necessary for Beyond to push pricing. 


Listing(s) are not showing up on the Beyond Dashboard 

If a listing is not showing up on your Beyond Dashboard it can be one of 2 reasons: 

-Your property/listing is missing rates in Hospitable 

-Beyond is missing the read/write permissions to the calendar in Hospitable 

To fix this, please be sure the properties are set up properly by adding rates in Hospitable and ensuring Beyond has the correct permissions. If you need help setting this up in Hospitable, please reach out to Hospitable Support to further assist. 

Once you complete the steps you can refresh your Hospitable account in the "Managed Accounts" tab and the listing(s) should pull into Beyond.
