Wouldn’t you like to review and export reports that show every setting that can be configured on a listing within your portfolio? Look no further, the Exports tool is here! You now have the ability to export and view all of your listing settings in one place. 

By using Exports, you can quickly access valuable reports to analyze Annual settings, Seasonal settings, and many more.

The following reports are available:

*   Annual Settings Export
*   Seasonal Minimum Stays
*   Seasonal Minimum Prices
*   Last Minute Discounts
*   Seasonal Changeover Days
*   Manual Overrides (static and dynamic)
*   Seasonal Maximum Prices
*   Last Minute Minimum Stays

## **Exportable Reports**

Let’s take a brief look at all the reports that are available to see how they may benefit you!

**Annual Settings Export**: This report includes Base and Minimum Price, Annual Minimum Stay, Extra Guest Fees, Annual Changeover Days, Gap Fill settings, Listing Notes, enabled status, and more.

**Seasonal Minimum Stays**: All past and future Seasonal Minimum Stay rules including the season start and ends dates.

**Seasonal Minimum Prices**: All past and future Seasonal Minimum Price rules including the season start and end dates.

**Last Minute Discounts**: Currently set proximity-based discount and premium rules for each listing including the percent adjustment, the number of days out, and whether you are adjusting within or after the set number of days.

**Seasonal Changeover Days**: All past and future Seasonal Changeover Day rules including the checkin and checkout days and the season start and ends dates.

**Manual Overrides (static and dynamic)**: All currently implemented Manual Overrides by listing and date.

**Seasonal Maximum Prices**: All past and future Seasonal Maximum Price rules including the season start and end dates.

**Last Minute Minimum Stays**: Currently set Last Minute Minimum Stay rules for each listing including the minimum stay and how many days out it applies.

Accessing these reports with all of your settings is easy!

## First, click on [**Exports**](https://v2.beyondpricing.com/dashboard/user/settings-export) within your Dashboard and then choose the report you would like to export like this:
