Please fill out your information using the [**Connect your CiiRUS Account Form**](https://app.beyondpricing.com/dashboard/connect/assisted/ciirus) and our Implementation Team will help you get your account all set up. After our team gives you the green light - you can follow the steps below: 1. Log into CiiRUS and from the menu, head over to Connections > Marketplace. 2. Select Beyond Pricing to be prompted to connect. Check all the listings under "Enable Property?" column. 3. We find it really useful when we need to quickly help our customers. On your CiiRUS Dashboard, go to “Account Settings > Secure Track > Access Control": ![](https://cdn.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/603e4c1ab69d9cd3c0b6f415/cd5883f7d2ff1dea283c00f5ba991c63.png) Click on "+ Create User" - you’ll see the option on the right side panel: ![](https://cdn.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/603e4c1ab69d9cd3c0b6f415/dcd5f7d179ea813bdf32c0fd31246587.png) Fill the form with the following details: 1. Full Name: Beyond 2. Email: [hello\_ciirus\_\[companyname\]@beyondpricing.com](mailto:hello_ciirus_[companyname]@beyondpricing.com) - please note CiiRUS only allows 25 characters for the email address, so you may need to abbreviate. 3. Check the option “Add as Administrator”. 4. Send us an email with these details as well as the username and staff password. The username is the one that you use to log in to your CiiRUS and that’s the same for all employees. ### **Setting Rates** Here are step-by-step instructions on how to set rates. Go to “Owners & Homes > Properties > Property List”: ![](https://cdn.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/603e4c1ab69d9cd3c0b6f415/896796206ea80802351a09207627c673.png) Copy all of the Property IDs you have for all of your listings. Disable syncing for any Beyond listings connected to those channels if CiiRUS is pushing prices to them. [**Please see our guide for transitioning from a direct connection to CiiRUS.**](https://support.beyondpricing.com/how-do-i-transition-from-connecting-directly-via-airbnb-booking-com-and-vrbo-to-connecting-via-a-pms-By7WdP2OC) ## **Customizations in Beyond** With CiiRUS you will have access to adjust [**Minimum and Maximum Prices**](https://support.beyondpricing.com/can-i-set-annual-and-seasonal-minimum-and-maximum-prices-BJ20LroS_), **[Minimum Stays and Gap Fillers](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/what-are-annualseasonal-minimum-stays-and-gap-fills-and-how-do-i-use-them-H1yyPriB_)**, **[Reservation Gap Adjustments](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/what-is-a-reservation-gap-discount-and-how-should-i-use-it-ryNyPHjr_)**, and [**Time Based Adjustments**](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/what-are-last-minute-discounts-and-how-should-i-use-them-HJpAUBiSO) directly in Beyond. See article [**What can I do in the Customize Tab?**](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/what-can-i-do-in-the-customize-tab-(video)-Sk1rLHsH_) for a broad overview. ## **Adding a new listing** Here are the steps for launching a new listing in CiiRUS, or check out this video to guide you through the steps: First you will need to confirm Beyond has access to the listing - to pull in a new listing, verify the unit has been enabled in CiiRUS for the Beyond connection. * Head to Connections > Marketplace > Beyond Pricing * Enabled the property and Save. ![](https://tettra-production.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/0d6efb4f154041e899af17bdcd19c1b5/bc704c919f81c849ddae8e33103ceaed/d822b155a4112474fdb7aea5ee22465e/ecc54e49f20af54a6c6612d302790d34/53ZbJGQu4u1ViCJDYeGvwyz56z7DzwBXaaU0Y4Ms.png) New listings will show up automatically when we refresh the connection to your account once per day. To have a new listing in CiiRUS show up quickly in Beyond, simply refresh your account in your [**Connected Accounts**](https://beyondpricing.com/dashboard/user/accounts) tab like the image below: ![](https://cdn.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/603e4c1ab69d9cd3c0b6f415/b2e0a17cc7bcc4bcc960a570cc148299.gif) You must follow all of the above steps before refreshing the connection to your CiiRUS account in Beyond. If you have followed the steps above and refreshed the connection, and still aren't seeing the listing in Beyond - please ensure the listing is active on CiiRUS, in an active market, or double-check your setup steps. Now that you see the listing in your Dynamic Pricing Dashboard - you will need to set the rates by going to  Reservations & Quoting > Quoting > Edit Rates. Starting from the Assign Rate Sets to Properties tab, click on the Excel icon to download the current names and rate sets for all properties in CiiRUS. * This file will serve as a backup, and will also help with the creation of the new Beyond derived Rate Sets below: ![](https://cdn.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/603e4c1ab69d9cd3c0b6f415/3e2cd263eecc3e1d0b27cf5c28dea26c.png) Next, go to the Rate Sets tab, and create new BP Rate Sets for each property that will be synced with Beyond: ![](https://cdn.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/603e4c1ab69d9cd3c0b6f415/48c423a077fac598a14e49e5d73f8bda.png) The name for each new Beyond Rate Set should be in the following format: * BP + Property ID + Property Name * Select Use Daily Rates, then Add ![](https://cdn.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/603e4c1ab69d9cd3c0b6f415/671a299d2d56a536e8c724c53d68e09f.png) After you've created the new Rate Set, go to Actions > Copy Rates. This will allow an exact copy of all existing rates and stay restrictions. **_\*\*\* Very Important \*\*\*_** If you have any changeover settings for that property, Beyond will respect such changeovers when loading the rates. Create new Rate Sets and Copy Rates for each BP priced property: ![](https://cdn.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/603e4c1ab69d9cd3c0b6f415/18b5b362e3b67277e774e65e5e6362b4.png) Make sure you’ve selected “Use Daily Rates” and set the currency to the currency you want to list in. 1. Now, go back to the Assign Rate Sets to the Properties tab * Edit each Property row - change the Rate Set from the previous assignment to the new BP Rate Set for that property * Save changes * Do this for every Beyond priced property That’s it!  Now you should be able to turn Sync to “on” on Beyond's Dynamic Pricing Dashboard for all your listings and we will automatically push prices into CiiRUS. ### **CiiRUS Channel Manager** If you're using the CiiRUS Channel Manager and want rates to sync to channels like Airbnb, Vrbo, etc., you’ll also need to assign the BP Rate Set to each channel. 1. Go to Channel Manager > Other Channels > Super Sites, click Add Super Site Agents: * Name: Beyond * Company Name: Beyond * Email: [hello\_ciirus\_\[companyname\]@beyondpricing.com](hello_ciirus_[companyname]@beyondpricing.com) - again you may need to abbreviate as CiiRUS only allows 25 characters. ![](https://cdn.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/603e4c1ab69d9cd3c0b6f415/42632ca8aa18b327f155eeaf02c077b9.png) Go to Channel Manager > Other Channels > Super Sites > Agent Properties: * Update the Rate Set to the Beyond titled rate set * Be sure to check the 'Enable Property?' checkbox ![](https://cdn.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/603e4c1ab69d9cd3c0b6f415/c65e89d77f897a066254ed7075c5d3ae.png)   It can take up to 24 hours for your new listing to show if you don't refresh your account in Beyond. [**Click here**](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/why-aren't-new-bookings-changes-to-reservations-blockedunblocked-dates-or-new-listings-showing-up-in-beyond-pricing-rkZgwSjHu) to learn more about when we refresh your account and why. ## **Pass-Through Expenses** How are you currently paying for Beyond? Is it coming out of your commission, or are you passing it on to guests?  Pass-Through in CiiRUS is set up as a booking fee that applies a percentage to reservations. This makes the setup and configuration of Pass-Through in CiiRUS very straightforward. To add a booking fee, follow the steps below. The setup for this fee can be found in the Reservation & Quoting menu > Quoting > Quote Settings > Short Stays & Housekeeping:     **Note**: The Booking Fee can be set up as a Flat Fee or Percentage. If the Percentage-based fee is already in use, simply add 1% to the existing configuration. ![](https://cdn.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/603e4c1ab69d9cd3c0b6f415/f281f5a4ca4619e2f76f9d9fbe133103.png) After you select Percentage and enter/adjust the Fee amount, click **Save**. ## **Troubleshooting** For any questions, please reach out to [**support@beyondpricing.com**](mailto:support@beyondpricing.com).  Our Support Team is always happy to answer your questions and help ensure your account is running smoothly. ### **Deleted Reservation Showing on Beyond Pricing Calendar** Due to the way Beyond Pricing integrates with CiiRUS, our system isn't able to identify reservations that were deleted as canceled.  To make sure your calendar stays up-to-date, if a guest cancels a reservation, please update it as canceled in CiiRUS instead of deleting it from your system. ### **Invalid Rate Set** * Invalid RateSet for property This happens when there is no Rate Set created in CiiRUS for the property, or there is an issue with either its assignment or its setup. 1. _Channel Manager_ _→_ _Other Channels_ _→_ _Super Sites → Agent Properties_ In your CiiRUS account, verify that the properties to be priced are assigned to the Beyond Pricing agent. 2. Choose the Beyond Pricing agent and make sure the properties are listed and enabled. 3. _Reservations & Quoting_ _→_ _Quoting → Edit Rates_ From the _Assign Rate Sets_ tab, click the Excel icon to download a list of existing Properties, Property IDs and Rate Sets. This is useful as a backup, and will also come in handy when creating a new BP Rate Set. 4. _Rate Sets tab_ _→_ _Actions_ _→ C__reate a new Rate Set_ Referring to the downloaded Excel file above, for each listing that will be synced, create a new Rate Set with the following nomenclature: BP - PropertyName - PropertyID 5. Once the Rate Sets have been created, go back to the _Assign Rate Sets_ tab, and for each property that will be synced to BP, select the newly created Rate Set. 6. _Channel Manager → Other Channels → Super Sites → Agent Properties_  Update the new rate sets for the BP priced properties. 7. _Channel Manager → Channel Partners_  Configure the new rate sets for all of the Channels/OTAs.  8. Let Beyond know that this was done in Ciirus at [**support@beyondpricing.com**](mailto:support@beyondpricing.com).  We will then be able to investigate and let you know the next steps needed. 9. Once your listing has been validated, it will populate in your Beyond Dashboard and you will be able to activate it for price posting.
