If you would like to further control your pricing overall, or by certain dates, you can enable a Maximum Price or Seasonal Minimum/Maximum Price in your Customize Tab for each listing. ## **What is the Minimum Price?** Your Minimum Price in the Customize Tab should be the same as the Minimum Price you set when you signed up for Beyond. It should be set to the lowest rate you'd be willing to accept for a night. [**Click here**](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/what-is-my-minimum-price-and-how-do-i-know-if-it's-correct-rkhN8roSu) to learn more about how to set your Minimum Price. ## **How can I set a Seasonal Minimum Price for a specific time?** With Beyond you can set a Seasonal Minimum Price. This can be used for a variety of reasons: 1. Keep prices high. Setting a Seasonal Minimum above your Minimum Price ensures your prices don't go below a certain rate during a specific period. 2. Allow prices to fluctuate lower. Setting a Seasonal Minimum below your Minimum Price allows prices to go below your Minimum Price during times of low demand, like Low season. Note that the Seasonal Minimum Price will always override what you've entered into the [**overall Minimum Price**](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/what-is-my-minimum-price-and-how-do-i-know-if-it's-correct-rkhN8roSu) on the calendar view. The only way to go below a Seasonal Minimum is to [**use a Static Manual Override a particular day**](https://support.beyondpricing.com/en_us/how-do-i-manually-change-pricing-for-certain-dates-Skq08riHd).  _Let's take a look at our example listing in San Francisco. Our owner likes to keep the Minimum Price higher than what Beyond would like to suggest. For example, you could have a lower Minimum Price during the weekdays if you're in a popular weekend destination to increase your Occupancy.  You can also set your Minimum Price by Day of the Week by Season. However, ultimately you are the expert on your listings. If you decide this is right for you, you can set a Maximum Price on the Customize Tab for your listing. If set, we will not suggest rates above that price unless you Manually Override a day with your prices. ## **What is Seasonal Maximum Price?** Seasonal Max price allows you to have more control over your listings by choosing a season or day(s) to set a Maximum price for your Average daily rate. If you decide this is right for you, you can set a Seasonal Maximum Price on the Customize Tab for your listing. As calendars roll forward, seasonal date ranges expire, and unless manually re-created, you lose important price protections. To reduce this friction, Beyond now supports **Repeat Yearly** for the following seasonal price settings: * **Seasonal Minimum Price** * **Seasonal Maximum Price** When enabled, Repeat Yearly automatically applies these seasonal rules every year going forward, eliminating the need for manual edits: ![](https://cdn.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/603e4c1ab69d9cd3c0b6f415/64db5a46b65b92fbab67b8abc7c792e9.png) ## **What does Repeat Yearly do?** When you enable **Repeat Yearly** on a seasonal min/max price rule: Beyond will automatically apply this setting to every year going forward. **The repeated rule includes:** * The same date range * The same price values * The same listing selections * The same rule type (Min or Max) The rollover occurs automatically as soon as the seasonal setting is set to "Repeat Yearly". This ensures seasonal protections in pricing stay year over year without your effort. **What Repeat Yearly Does Not Do:**  ❌ It **does not** adjust to holidays or events. ❌ It **does not** modify dollar amounts or percentages. ❌ It **does not** apply to other seasonal settings like Minimum Stay, Check-In restrictions, etc. ❌ It **does not** support reusable season templates across multiple customization types.  **This is strictly date-based rollover for seasonal minimum and maximum prices.** ## **How does Repeat Yearly work with Non-Repeat Seasonal Rules?** Non-repeat (one-time) seasonal settings always take precedence over Repeat Yearly seasonal settings when date ranges overlap. **This means you can:** * Keep 'Repeat Yearly' enabled for baseline annual protections (e.g. summer minimums) * Layer one-off seasonal rules on top for specific years, events, or exceptions **For Example:** * You set a Repeat Yearly seasonal minimum price to apply to **June 1 – Sept 1** **every year** * You add a one-time seasonal minimum for **July 15, 2025 – July 31, 2025** * 👉 The one-time rule overrides the Repeat Yearly rule for that specific date range This allows you to maintain long-term seasonal coverage while still fine-tuning pricing for individual dates when needed.
