Do you manage listings on Brightside or considering managing your listing on this Property Management Software (PMS)? Beyond connects with Brightside and sends rates, minimum stay requirements.

**Connecting your account**

  

This is an assisted integration. Please fill out your information using the [**Connect your Brightside Account Form**](https://app.beyondpricing.com/dashboard/connect/assisted/brightside) and our Implementation Team will help you get your account all set up.

Once you have heard from our team you can follow the steps below:

We will reach out to Brightside Support ([**support@bookonthebrightside.com**](mailto:support@bookonthebrightside.com)) and ask him to enable the API integration on your behalf and for your API Key. Brightside will also confirm with you before enabling the integration.

We will need your Brightside subdomain link.  
  
Once we receive these details, we will enable the Brightside link to connect your account.

Enter the subdomain and API Key on the [**Link Your Brightside Account**](https://beyondpricing.com/dashboard/connect/brightside) page:

After entering your credentials, Beyond will import your listings. For example:

  Already connected directly to Airbnb, [Booking.com](http://booking.com/), or Vrbo? Disable syncing for any Beyond listings connected to those channels if Brightside is pushing prices to them. **Adding a new listing**

  
Launching a new Brightside listing is easy. New listings will show up automatically when we refresh the connection to your account once per day. To have a new listing in Brightside show up quickly in Beyond, simply refresh your account in your [**Connected Accounts**](https://beyondpricing.com/dashboard/user/accounts) tab like this:

  It can take up to 24 hours for your new listing to show if you don't refresh your account in Beyond. **Pass-Through Expenses**

  
How are you currently paying for Beyond? Is it coming out of your commission, or are you passing it on to guests? Pass-Through in Brightside is set up as a Fee. This makes the setup and configuration of Pass-Through in Brightside very straightforward. To add an additional fee, follow the steps below.

From the Reservation menu, select Fees and Charges:

Click the + ADD button to add a new Fee for Pass Through or add the BP fee to an existing fee, if available.

If creating a new Fee, the recommended name should be Booking Fee or Technology Fee:

Input the percentage or dollar amount and select whether this cost will vary by unit. For Beyond fees are based on Rental Amount + Fees + Taxes, please set up accordingly and click **Save**:
