Beds24 and Beyond

Here’s how to get started:
1. You will first need to enable your properties in Beds24. Click Apps & Integrations in the sidebar, then navigate to Beyond. Alternatively, you can use this link here.
2. For each listing, click the Enable dropdown and select Enabled. Then click Save.
3. Log into Beyond, click on the Link Another Account button and click on the Beds24 icon.
4. Paste the Beds24 Account Number (Owner ID) and click Link Account. You can find this ID number by logging into your Beds24 account and clicking Account in the sidebar:
5. After entering your credentials, Beyond will import your listings.
Customizations in Beyond
With Beds24 you will have access to adjust Minimum and Maximum Prices, Minimum Stays and Gap Fillers, Reservation Gap Adjustments, and Time Based Adjustments directly in Beyond.

Adding a new listing
When adding a new listing, it is important to add Bedroom Count to your listing in order to take advantage of all of Beyond's features. To add bedroom count:
- In the sidebar, Click Properties > Rooms.
- Find your listing and click Edit.
- Scroll to the Features section. Click edit bedrooms.
- Add the number of bedrooms, x out, and click Save.
You're all set! The bedroom count for this listing will pull through to Beyond during your next daily sync.
New listings must also be Beyond enabled in Beds24. Click Apps & Integrations in the sidebar, then navigate to Beyond. Alternatively, you can use this link here.
For each listing, click the Enable dropdown and select Enabled. Then click Save.
Enabled listings will now show up automatically when we refresh your account once per day. To have a new listing or any other changes in Beds24 show up quickly, simply refresh your account in your Connected Accounts tab like this:
Troubleshooting
Bedroom Count Issue
Are certain Beyond features such as Insights and Nearby Listings not working as expected?
If so, your listing may not have the bedroom count field filled out.
To add bedroom count:
- In the sidebar, Click Properties > Rooms.
- Find your listing and click Edit.
- Scroll to the Features section. Click edit bedrooms.
- Add the number of bedrooms, x out and click Save.
You're all set! The bedroom count for this listing will pull through to Beyond during your next daily sync.
Room ID Not Allowed
- RoomId not allowed
This appears when the listing's current Room ID setting is conflicting with another listing within your account.
- Please verify that the Room ID setting of that listing is not in conflict with another listing in your Beds24 account.
If you don't see a conflict, please contact Beds24 Support and request for data logs on what Beds24 has internally for the listing's Room ID, and whether there is a conflict. - Please send us the data logs received, along with a screenshot of your current Beds24 Room ID settings, to support@beyondpricing.com.
We will then be able to investigate further, and either manually validate the listing from our end, or inform you of what changes need to be made.
Once your listing has been validated, it will populate in your Beyond Dashboard and you will be able to activate it for price posting.
