Kigo and Beyond Pricing

Connecting your account

Here’s how to get started:

  1. You will first need to request an API Key from Kigo by emailing support@kigo.net.
  2. Log into Beyond Pricing and click on the "Link Another Account" button and you will see the option to link Kigo. Enter the API key you were given, click Link Account and we will start importing your listings.
Already connected directly to Airbnb, VRBO or Booking.com?  Deactivate any Beyond Pricing listings connected to those channels if Kigo is pushing prices to them. Please see our guide for transitioning from a direct connection to Kigo.

Customization in Beyond Pricing

With Kigo, you will have access to adjust Minimum and Maximum Prices, and Last Minute Discounts directly in Beyond Pricing.

Please note that you will need to manage your Annual Minimum Stay settings through Beyond Pricing, and Seasonal Minimum stays in Kigo. Check out What are Annual/Seasonal Minimum Stays and Gap Fills, and how do I use them? for more information.

Adding a new Listing

New listings and other changes made in Kigo will show up automatically when we refresh your account each night at midnight. To have a new listing or any other changes in Kigo show up immediately, simply refresh your account in your Connected Accounts tab like this:

Troubleshooting

To avoid any Price Syncing errors, we recommend making sure that all the bedrooms in each property have at least one bed associated with them.
