How do I fix my listing information if it is incorrect?
The information that displays in your Beyond Pricing account is pulled directly from the account you have connected, such as your Airbnb account or PMS. If you need to adjust information for your listing that is displaying in Beyond Pricing account, here are some tips on where and how to do that.
Incorrect bedroom number
We pull information on number of bedrooms directly from your Airbnb, HomeAway/VRBO or Property Management System. If the incorrect bedroom number is shown in Beyond Pricing we recommend logging into Airbnb, HomeAway/VRBO or your Property Management System to adjust this information.
Old title for my listing
We sync to your Airbnb, HomeAway/VRBO or PMS every night at midnight and pick up new listings, changes in availability or reservations, and changes to the titles of your listings. If you'd like a change to show up immediately, simply refresh the corresponding account in your Accounts Tab.
