One of my listings isn’t showing up on Beyond Pricing. What’s going on?

There are a few reasons a listing may not show up on your dashboard right away:

Syncing Delay

We sync to your Airbnb and HomeAway/VRBO account(s) every night at midnight and pick up new listings, changes in listing status (listed/unlisted), changes in availability or reservations, and other information then.

If you'd like to manually refresh to get your new listings to show up immediately, you can do so on your accounts page by clicking the “Refresh” button.

Unlisted on Airbnb

If a listing is not yet live on Airbnb or has been unlisted we won't be able to suggest nightly prices. If you wish to check out suggested pricing but aren't yet ready to take bookings on your listing we suggest setting an artificially high Base Price on Airbnb, making the listing live and refreshing the connection on your Account Page as outlined above. Once the listing is enabled you will be able to experiment with different Base Prices within Beyond Pricing without having those prices show up in Airbnb as long as you don't enable syncing just yet!

 Market We Don't Yet Support

If a listing is in a market that we don't yet support then it won't right away show up on your dashboard. You can see it by unchecking the 'hide unavailable button' on your dashboard though. 

Our recommendations are hyper-local so we take great care with testing and launching each new market. 

We're constantly launching new markets. If one of your listings is in a market that we haven't yet launched, feel free to reach out to us using the contact button on the right. We'll do our best to get it live for you
