Why can't I enable syncing?

Are you trying to enable syncing and receiving an error message that looks like this?

This means that your account has been temporarily disabled.

What causes this?

You account having some unpaid Statements. You can check your Statements Tab to see information on any paid and outstanding Statements.

How you you fix it?

You can update your payment information on the Billing Tab of your account.

Please note that the system can take up to 24 hours to unblock you once a past due statement has been paid.

Still can't enable syncing?
