Why can't I enable syncing?
Are you trying to enable syncing and receiving an error message that looks like this?
This means that your account has been temporarily disabled.
What causes this?
You account having some unpaid Statements. You can check your Statements Tab to see information on any paid and outstanding Statements.
How you you fix it?
You can update your payment information on the Billing Tab of your account.
Still can't enable syncing?
If it has been 24 hours since you updated your payment information please reach out to us at email@example.com.
